  1. Hi my name is Kevin and I may have an addiction. That's how the meetings start right?? So, after Fran on Sunday I left Boise and headed to McCall for the weekend. Monday morning, still a little sore from sunday's WOD and on VACATION. I went out and found a crossfit gym in McCall and dropped in for an early morning WOD. 3 rds for time 9- deadlift #225 12-burpees 15- wall balls #20 ....8:27. Seriously who goes on vacation only to to look for a xfit gym. Apparently this guy.

  2. WOW I am impressed "luby"!

    I did this W.O.D. with a 22:26, I was so glad I finished. I don't jump rope correctly (I have been told)...one more thing to re-learn. As a kid I never did this stuff because of a tumor on the bottom of my foot. I will pay for it now!!!!!!
